Feeling a few symptoms of pregnancy but hpt comes back neg af one day late anyone get bfp like this

Feeling nauseous, dizzy, sore breasts nipples and throat, cramps but not like normal af cramps, lower back pain, hiccups, and hurts to put pressure on stomach like when I'm leaning or bending to do something
