is this my period?? HELP!!

So my last period Feb 15 (from provera) lasted 6 days.. I thought I ovulated... but I guess not. I took several tests and all negative....Now I've been spotting for 4 days straight... but its not red its just brown and or pink at times. I have cramps.. lower back pain.. what could this be? should I count this as my period?

Ive had the same symptoms, lower back pain, slight cramping but nothing like af and light bleeding/spotting when I wiped but never on my underwear for about 3 days. Did you take a test or anything? Just curious what you outcome of this was?
