first ppAF or pregnant?

My baby is about 1 year old. He has been eating lots of solids and sleeping through the night for a few months now,
but my cycles haven't returned.

My husband and I had unprotected sex about 10 days ago and again about 1 week ago.

5 or 6 days ago I felt a sharp menstrual type pain in the left side of my lower abdomen (general ovary area). The following day I had one very small spot of blood when I went to the toilet.
Ever since I've had strong cramping, sore hips, sore breasts, etc.
We aren't 'trying' for a baby though we'd be happy to have another. But I've been surprised at the 'symptoms' I'm having when I haven't got my menstrual cycle back yet.

So it's left me wondering if I could be pregnant (caught the first egg) or if this is the return of my cycles?
