AF or IB?

Hey all,
I was unpleasantly surprised to find af had arrived 5 days early today. This is very unusual because I am rarely, if ever, early. It's is red in color but is very light, and almost watery. I got a positive OPK on 3/3 and have and af not due until 3/22. Is there a chance this could be IB or am I out this month?
