Confused with normal period or implantation bleeding !! Please clear me.

I have 28 days regular cycle. Had my periods on 27th Jan. Then had sex with my husband on Feb 8-13(ovulation period). But again I got my period with heavy flow tat lasted only for 2 days on Feb 17 &18. Again I had sex around March 1-4 n now I have got my periods on march 15. On day 1 I had very very less brownish discharge not even one pad . on day 2 its getting heavier now. Usually I have heavy flow on day 1 and it gets gradually decreased day by day. I haven't checked for pregnancy even once. But this time we were very sure about our ovulation n was expecting a missed period. Now we are totally confused.. Have few signs of cramps, nausea n morning alone a feel of giddiness.. What should I do now. Totally confused. Help me ppl pls ..
