Can you get a false positive on a digital test?
Just got a BFP on the Clearblue digi with weeks indicator at 11dpo (Pregnant 1-2 weeks) We've been trying for a year and I don't think the news has sunk in yet. Can someone reassure me that this isn't a false positive or some kind of cruel joke?

Thanks armac. It's been a year of trying (and a heartbreaking chem) for us so I just don't think dare let my heart believe it just yet. Got a pack of two digi tests so will confirm with FMU again tomorrow. Praying that this lil bean makes itself comfortable and sticks!

Hi redfraggle, I'm 11DPO today too. I've been TTC with IVF (donor sperm) for 9 months.
A lot of people use the digital to confirm the line tests, so aside from the further confirmation of a blood test I'd say: Congratulations!
I had my pale + show up on a FRER at 9DPO, was much the same or only slightly darker on 10DPO (bloods: beta hCG 24), but today's 11DPO FRER happened to be much darker. Even without those tests my uterus feels weird, twinges & pressure galore. Very tired in the afternoons, can't stop yawning!

Wow, I just read your reply to armac1982 properly.
I wasn't going to mention it because I didn't want to worry you. I also had a loss - a missed miscarriage on my 2nd embryo transfer.
The 1st & 3rd transfers didn't implant at all.
So being pregnant again on my 4th transfer, I'm all over the place emotionally. Hopeful, pessimistic, happy, worried, looking at baby names, but also planning what we'll do if this one doesn't make it. :/
