Anyone use serrepeptase for your fallopian tubes???

I had lap surgery oct 2015 removed alot of scar tissue from my tubes.. well fast forward to now and i have been experiencing real bad right side pains so i went to my obgyn and low and behold my right tube is dilated nearly double then the last time they checked it which was oct of 2016.. they told me surgery would be needed again but i dont want to go that route again obviously it isnt a permanent fix, so i googled around and came across serrepeptase and all the good reviews.. Just wondering if some of you ladies have used it and if it works. thanks!
