menses like feeling a day after ovulation

Hi!
why do I feel menses like feeling cramps a day after ovulation? is it normal? is it ovulation pain?

It's normal to have mild cramping between ovulation and af. Happens to me a lot, doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant
