TTC'ing & Low Estradiol

After 4 miscarriages in the past 10mo, DH and I have undergone all the tests, including an HSG. Everything's normal, except for my endometriosis. Then came this cycle. Today is CD14 and I'm still bleeding. The RE ordered estradiol and progesterone bloodwork. Progesterone was normal, but estradiol was 14 pg/ml. SUPER, menopausal-level low. I'm only 26 and have never been on BC... I am fatigued, nauseous, unable to eat, having vision problems and feel like I'm losing my mind. RE is running more tests to find out why my levels are so low. Anybody been through something similar? What was the root of your low estradiol and how did you raise your levels?
