I'm afraid I might be pregnant?

On January 28, I rubbed genitals with my boyfriend for about half a minute, but he did not ejaculate, at all. My periods are incredibly irregular, and my last one was on November 17th. Last week, around February 15th, I started spotting really light brown. It isn't enough to fill a pad, but it had been going on for almost a full week. It stopped today. I'm not sure when my next period is supposed to come, but I'm scared I might be pregnant because of this spotting? Help please!!
