0% normal forms and progressive sperm, did anyone manage to improve this? And did you get your BFP?
We got OH's SA results, really high total count, but progressive sperm and normal forms were both 0%!!
Does anyone have any advice on how this can be improved?
The plan at the moment is:
Fertilsan M, Coenzyme Q10, Maca root, testicle cooling (snowballs underwear), Chinese herbs (waiting appointment with therapist), reducing/stopping antidepressants (citalopram) which was on the to-do-list anyway, and we are still undecided on acupuncture.
He does a lot of physical training (triathlon), so after June (big competition happening) that will be reduced too.
Any words of wisdom or success stories with these numbers?

reducing or cutting down cycling could help
in general no supplements have demonstrated any effect scientifically - but male sperm is completely renewed every 2-3 months
and the count is done by hand, on just 100 occasional sperm cells out of 2-3 million!
my husband had 0% in his first SG, 1% 3 months later, and a year later, with no treatment, they were 7%. another year and 9%. norm is 4% and up.
motility is a bit more tricky but i am sure 6 months without cycling would help that one too. loose underwear is good, everything else are gimmicks with placebo effect.
