How early can hospital urine tests show a positive result?

I went into hospital last night, hopefully 6 days past conception, a urine pregnancy test showed up negative. I'm not due my period until the 8/11 so still 2 weeks to go yet. It is a planned pregnancy and I hope to have conceived on my most fertile day of the month. The negative test has really put me down but I'm having most of the common symptoms e.g cramping, tiredness and bloating, which are not common for me at this point in my cycle. Could the hospital test possibly pick up an accurate result at this early stage??? Need to know for my own sanity lol I want to be pregnant so much and I feel very different. Xxx any advice appreciated!!!
