Question

sperm friendly lube and prenatal vitamins?

This is the first cycle I started taking prenatal vitamins. This is our fourth cycle trying. Also, I really need to use lube when it comes to sex so we bought a sperm friendly lube. Did these two things help anybody?

The prenatals will help ur body prepare for a pregnancy by increasing stores of certain minerals that baby will drain quickly, keep taking those! The lube will help neutralize any hostile mucus, so sperm have a better chance of survival. Both are good to have in ur ttc arsenal. I never found the two to help speed up the bfp process, but it did ensure that I was at my best when it did happen.
Good luck! =))

Hello,

I'm currently on my 2nd pregnancy and I'm pretty sure I conceived on a day we didn't use any kind of lube at all. We usually always use a water based lube because I usually just need it.

With my first I conceived on the 5th cycle of TTC using a sperm friendly lube. So in my case it worked.

I have always taken a prenatal since TTC.
