If I am not pregnant what else could be wrong?

Have vivid dreams, sensitivity to smells, before I was supposed to start a had a very like pink when I wiped. Had cramps one night that lasted 5 minutes and then felt something like a fluttering sensation, never had a cycle and I never had ever. I also started getting headaches everyday, stomach being bad, wake up congested for awhile.. my heart I feel beat faster and I sometimes feel like a pulse like feeling under my belly button, clothes are getting tight, breast hurts alot, nimples really perky, bigger and fuller. Noticed that I have little bumps around the nimples and see like stretch marks going up to the color part of the nimples. I don't know if it's not pregnancy what else could it be?
