Help 7 days late pink mucus when wiping confused ????

Right her goes I was on the depo shot for nine months came off that and went onto the pill stopped the pill after a month had no period for three months had very light period for the next two cycles I was a day late last period 7/1/17 I am now 8 days late and started getting pink discharge when I wipe but only when I wipe it's like clear mucus with a pink tinge get a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative but does have a slight faint line now I put that down to vape lines whats happening and when will things be normal
