Chemical pregnancy or pregnant?

'm so confused. I have a 4 month old and currently not using birth control. Not ttc either. Had baby in first week in oct got normal cycle end of nov them dec then Jan 6th was last normal. Had sex the Jan 14th & 15th. Started having symptoms around the 22nd took hpt very faint positive then a few more faint. Then a little darker. On the 1st I started spotting the next day light bleeding which lasted another dsy then one more day of very light spotting. Didn't smell like menstral blood and was nothing like my heavy 7 day flow. I suspected chemical pregnancy. Called the doc he ordered labs on 6th which came back hcg at 2 on the doc never called me back yet -and it's the 14th. The first few days after the blood test I was still getting positives Then nothing.Still feel pregnant though. Just took 2 more test one with a line pink too earlier urine and one without later urine test and is there am I pregnant still? If it was a chemical pregnancy would I still be getting lines?
