Possibly prego?

I am at, what I think is, cycle day 18. I have no clue when I ovulated because the OPK I bought was a dud (some tests didn't even pick up a dang control line!) Hubby and I have been DTD every other day since cycle day 6. For the last week (since approximately cycle day 11) I have had pinching feelings in my pelvic area. I had some ewcm on CD 13/14, but it was here and gone in less than 12 hours. But now my cm is more watery with some milky-ness in it. Slight nauseous feeling throughout the day today. Any thoughts on this?
