Can I take Vitex and soy during the same cycle ?
I was reading that it is best to take vitex days 5-25 of your cycle. The pill i purchased says take it 2 to 3 times a day for first and second months. The soy iso is suppose to be started no later than your 5 cycle day . Is it healthy to take these during the same time during the same cycle ?

When I researched the two I did find they shouldn't be taken together, but it also said I should stay away from soy iso since i have a regular cycle. I opted for vitex because it has been shown to help with a variety of female fertility issues. Never known anyone that too either.
