Positive test, but might not be pregnant?
So i did a digital HPT and it says that I'm pregnant for 2-3 weeks. I went to an obgyn because I keep bleeding and she took me for a bloodtest. Hcg count was 375 and 48 hours later it became 405. Because of the slow rise she suspected an ectopic and i had a laproscopy. Then she found out there's nothing at my tubes nor ovary.. but there was a cyst at my uterus. Later she said that I might already miscarry or not be pregnant after all. How can this be if I'm already late for my period, had nausea and a positive test but not pregnant?

you are/were pregnant all right, but it does not sound like a viable pregnancy, so you probably will get your period very soon - this is called chemical pregnancy, the implantation starts but does not complete successfully. it is very frequent, most women do not even know they have it as they do not test every cycle.

I experienced slow rising hcg like you're talking about and was told it was an ectopic pregnancy. I lost my sweet baby to Mc and it took several weeks for my hcgirlfriend not to be in my system. I know what you are going through, and it is heartbreaking. Sending you lots of love.
