Could I be pregnant or is it all in my head?!

Hi everyone

I would really appreciate your thoughts!
After being on BC for 10 years I stopped taking it on 13 Nov 2016, and had a normal withdrawal bleed for 5 days.

I then got my first 'real' period on 18 Dec 2016, which lasted around 4 days.

I am now on CD40 with no AF in sight. I am not sure if I ovulated between the end of my last period or not.

Since the end of my last period I have had tender swollen breasts which definitely feel bigger, fatigue, a metallic taste in my mouth which lasted a week but seems to have stopped now, headaches (which I normally associate with AF), and constipation.

Last week I took 3 dip tests, and they showed pink lines WAY after the 10 minute mark (more like 8 hours), so I have dismissed them as evaps. I have since used a FRER and it was neg.

Is it possible to be pregnant and not receive a BFP on CD40? Or do you think my cycle is just irregular from coming off the pill?

Any advice/thoughts/experiences are most welcome. Thank you.
