SMEP + Clearblue Advanced Digital OPK?
I am again doing the Sperm Meets Egg plan but this cycle I am using the Clearblue advanced digital OPK. My question is, the SMEP says to BD 3 consecutive days once you get a positive OPK...so would that be the blinking smiley face or am I waiting until I see the solid smiley? I know the blinking means impending ovulation due to an increase in hormones so I'm just wondering if I should be BDing every day now or still every other day until the smiley turns solid. Thanks in advance!
