There's roughly a 20% chance you'll conceive each cycle, even when you time everything perfectly. It's normal for healthy couples to take up to a year to conceive. I'm on my 4th cycle trying after a miscarriage, so I definitely feel your pain and frustration!

You could consider charting your cycles and taking ovulation tests to get a better sense of when you ovulate. A pretty safe bet is to BD every other day once your period ends to make sure you cover your bases. Good luck!
