7dpo ARE THESE SYMPTOMS OR AM I CRAZY???????????

Hey guys!
I ovulated on January 14th (CD 15), and my next expected period is suppose to be January 28 (28day cycle).
Oh my gosh, I have some symptoms that I am hoping are normal. This will be my 3 pregnancy, however I lost my little girl at 23 weeks, and both of my prior pregnancies were a breeze and I had no symptoms at all.
 
I am going on 7dpo, and I have had the worse hip pain, and lower cramps that feels like pressure, and when its pressed on by my pants it kills and feels dull and achy.
 
I hope this made sense, please help!
