Anyone felt their cervix during early pregnancy? Pregnancy confirmed..

I'm 12dpo today. Testing every day and my line hasn't gotten darker since Monday. (First positive was Monday) So 4 days of faint positives (not too faint definitely pink lines there but less than half as dark as the control line) so I'm expecting a chemical pregnancy. Anyway I've had hope because my cervix has been extremely high and soft. Today I felt it, and it feels like it's possibly firming up and maybe getting lower? But test is still positive. Has anyone felt their cervix during early pregnancy and had a sign of coming miscarriage?
