My first reading as 601 and I was roughly 3 weeks

depends how many dpo you are. if just 9-10 dpo it is ok. if 14 or more it is very low and possibly a problem.
my clinic only tests at 14dpo; under 100 is low and may be indicative of miscarriage.
yet the main thing is that it grows, retest in 2 days - if it is over 40 then you are probably fine. gl!

601? so were you 5 weeks from last period? or 1 week? because I am 4 weeks from last period.

I'm not sure when I ovulated.... last period was 12/14 lasted 5 days
Believe I ovulated 28-31 one of those days

main thing is that it rises, not a single reading.
if you ovulated on 31 then it was 12dpo and you have a chance! gl!
