Pain in my lower abdomen 6dpo

Afternoon... I've been having cramps very mild and not always there since 4/5dpo but just now and currently whilst writing this I'm sat on my sofa in pain hurts more if I stand up.... I have a constant pain in down low in my abdomen right in the middle I'm only 6dpo...
I don't know what I'm really asking but kind of just want some reassurance... I only ever get cramps the day before af and on the day af comes never ever this early...
we've been trying for baby number 2 for two years now..
