Implantation bleed?

I'm CD 28 my cycles are 30/31 days roughly, had sex on CD 17 not sure of dpo but since then symptoms being sore breasts, cramps on and off starting to feel tiredness abit to, feeling bloated and heavy down below. Today I woke to what I thought was my af but it's to early for it, I had light spotting few drops and only when I wiped was on the tissue and the colour pinky didn't last more then couple hours then stopped. So my question is could this be implantation bleeding? I've never had it before with any of my other pregnancies. Any thoughts?
