Success and experience with low rising hcg

Hello! I have had 2 chemicals and recently found out I was pregnant. Here are my last few weeks

11/27 ovulate
12/7 poas for fun and its positive
12/8 get beta of hcg: 25 prog: 24.5
12/15 get beta of hcg:135 prog: 11.5
12/15 start taking 200mg of progesterone twice daily
12/21 get beta of hcg: 458 prog: 127

I am 29 and have roughlu 31 day cycles.

Is this pregnancy completey doomed?
