ttc question about possible implantation after loss

I had a loss in the past. twins 19 weeks. very sad time, but going forward from this. always had 35 day cycles. Came on period 1st november. I then started fertility meds 16th nov. I CAME on 29th nov. painful but only lasted 2 days? after that ive spotted once after sex, sex has been sore a bit, tugging burny niggly pain by belly button, tired, weeing literally every 10 mins. i wasnt due on till 5th december. what doo i doo!!
