Symptoms on day 21 of cycle 6 days after possible ovulation

I wanted to know what other ladies are experiencing if anything at this time. I currently have tender breast (2 days now), headaches, I'm hungry but have no appetite to eat much, i have had cramping not painful just dull cramps sometimes on one side sometimes lower across stomach. Any other ladies "feel" different then Normal.. what is normal to feel? This is my first month really focusing on my body, but I feel it's to early for PMS symptoms.
