2 months skipped period?? Just now getting faint positive?

My last period was September 17 2016 I skipped October and November. I've been testing but nothing ready turned up until yesterday. I'm cycle day 75 give or take... yesterday morning I had a positive on a first Signal test using first morning urine same today not much darker. My question is when the heck did I conceive if I was testing negative all October and most of November but my last Period was September

I guess it's possible to skip 2 periods and then get pregnant on the 3rd month. If your tests aren't getting darker, I would request getting your blood test done to monitor the progression. Good luck!

I had a similar situation but it was after a MC.... You could have just had an off cycle (as I did...I do not know when I conceived or OV'd). I would go get some blood work done just to rule out an ectopic pregnancy or any other issues. :) Good luck

I'm not having any pain what so ever ! So I'm thinking everything is okay. I plan on getting some blood work here soon. Thank you guys both ??
