Question

How do I keep track of my ovulation? Ive never used a test before.

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 6 months now. Ive googled when I should be ovulating and I dont think its right. I started my period the 25th of October (if this helps you) and I'm not sure how to use an ovulation test. I haven't been on birth control in over a year an He has NEVER worn a condom. We want a baby badly and we are getting discouraged. Can someone please help me on telling me how to use an ovulation test or what we should do. He leaves for 6 months due to work In January and we are hoping to have news before then.
Help please!! ????

Buy ovulation test kit and test urine at least once a day, same time every day. When test line as dark or darker than control then you will ovulate within 12 -24 hours. There are also digital ovulation predictor tests that will tell you when you are in your fertile window and when closest to ovulation. When test + bed down around fertile window and when +. You can also check your cervical mucus by putting 1 leg on toilet and inserting clean finger into vagina to uterus to both feel if uterus is open and soft (like lips) and to retrieve some fluid. If cervical mucus stretchy and like raw egg whites, then your body is most optimal for sperm to survive. Good Luck.
