14dpo supposed to start today having mild cramps but no period

I am 41 no children and had my first round of clomid this cycle. I had sex twice during my fertile window. My cycles are usually 25 days and I should have started today. I have been having mild cramping for the last 2 days. I have felt nauseous for about a week. My breasts are swollen and very tender. This morning when I went to wipe I noticed a very small stringy tissue that was dark brownish red. I haven't seen anything else since. I have also had white creamy discharge in my underwear. I took a DollarTree test and it was negative (do you think the more expensive ones work better). Could I be pregnant? The cramping makes me nervous that AF is going to show.
