Weird bleeding, ,could i be pregnant ?

Recently though, I've had sex with my OH often and been feelings weird just recently. Not long effort this abnormal bleeding I could hear a 'popping' noise coming from my abdominal area and could feel it slightly too. Sort of the noise of bubble wrap popping. My nipples were very sore before which wore off when I started to 'bleed' my actual boobs occasionally ache. I'm ALWAYS sleepy. 8 can honestly sleep 24/7. Lower backache but I suffer from backache naturally so unsure if it's linked but it's got seriously bad now. Onto my bleeding. I've been suffering from abdominal pains since before this bleed began. I'm just unsure what it is as I've never suffered with period like pains on cerazette before. So I had the popping feeling and the cramps (not too bad but uncomfortable) which has carried on until now then brown discharge so I put on a pad and that's stop but now getting bright red blood when I wipe? I'm so confused. Any help would be great thanks!
