Bv 7 weeks 2 days pregnant

Was prescribed Flagyl 500mg and noticed that this morning when I went to use the bathroom I wiped and there was pink discharge... sorry TMI.... am also having vaginal dryness and freaking out. Any advice anyone ? Following up with the doc in another week but seriously am scared
