Thoughts on this question...
Is it possible to have a faint positive on a pregnancy test on a fertile week? Unless i ovulated early....i took a pregnancy test today and it was a faint positive....im having lil sharp like pains in the middle lower abdomen...thoughts please....

Few months back, I had taken an ovulation test and it was positive. Just out of curiosity, I took Pregnancy test as well and it was positive as well. I kinda got excited, but I ended up getting my period. So in my case, i got a false positive around the fertile days :(. I will you a luck.
