Could I be feeling implantation cramps?

Today I am 8 dpo. Since 4 dpo I've been having mild cramps. It started as a dull ache for a few hours above my pubic bone and then the cramps moved to where my ovaries would be. But the cramps are mostly where my left ovary would be. Last night I had upper and lower back pain along with the cramps and I've noticed I've been getting headaches and my breast feel a bit tender. This morning I haven't noticed any cramps. Just a dull very mild pain every now and then. Do the cramps I've been feeling sound like implantation? And is it normal to cramp for 5 days?
