Wondfo dropped in sink..false positive??

So I took a wondfo pregnancy test and set it on my sink to wash my hands..accidentally knocked it into the sink where it got wet..the test came back positive?? Is it a false positive If it got submerged in water sheet I peed on it?? Stupid I know..

Water, or soap for that matter, cannot create a false positive. I'd say congratulations are in order!
