Can implantation bleeding/spotting be just one tiny dot of brownish-red blood?

So i have polycystic ovarian syndrome, so i do not have my periods regularly. In fact, my last period was back in April. Sooo anyway this past Tuesday and Wednesday (October 11th and 12th) when I wiped after peeing I noticed one tiny spot of brownish-red blood on the toilet paper. This happened both Tuesday and Wednesday with just one tiny spot one time both days. I would say that the spot was about the size of the tip of a pencil. I have NEVER had this happen to me before. I have also recently been extremely emotional and easy to cry this past week and I am wondering, could those spots be from implantation bleeding? I don't know. Can the implantation bleeding be that small and happen twice? I have noticed also an increase in my discharge.(very watery..sorry tmi). I really really hope that this could be implantation spotting and that I am pregnant. My husband and I have been trying for seven months now. It's really hard to know when I am ovulating, if I am at all because I rarely have
