Could I be pregnant?

I am 3 days past ovulation and ever since I ovulated I have been cramping on my left ovary side and in abdumin area. My back had been hurting. I'm tired all the time. Is it possible. I never felt this bad before and I can't test till 23. Some people told me no but some yes.

I am 5 DPO. I have been wondering if the early pregnancy symptoms that I'm experiencing are all in my head or not too. I only had ovulation pains when I was ovulating, though I attributed it to my PCOS.
