Question

Ovulation

Ok, so I am going to use OPK's for my full cycle this month to see if I can get my head around my cycle as it has went from 28 days to 36 days in the past 2 months when we have been TTC following a molar pregnancy last year.
Do I test from the first day that my period ends? And do I test once a day until it becomes positive and then BD like crazy? lol
Thanks x

I ovulate early (around CD 10-11) so I definitely test starting CD 6. If you are still trying to pinpoint O, I would start testing pretty early too, probably CD 6/7. It may be too early, but until you know your O pattern/tendencies, I would still start early. Once you get the + OPK, they say you O 12-36 hours after that. I always consider O day the day after I get my + opk. We BD starting CD 5, every other day, and then the day I get my + and the day after.

Hope that makes sense.
