What is this?

Hello so I'm very confused at the minute I have spoken to mt doctor and he says in very rare cases ladies can still have there period very very early on in pregnancy like we are talking less that a week pregnsnt I had my period this month a day early very unusual and finished on Sunday so a four day period yesterday I noticed some very thick white discharge in my underwear only a little bit but with that I had some sharp quick pains in my pelvic region only a few times now today I'm getting sharp coming and going pains in my right side by my hip what is this?
