Trying to fall pregnant

I'm trying to have a baby. I'm struggling to count on which day will I be most fertile. So I had sex three days after my periods. To elaborate more my periods started Sep 20 2016 they lasted for three days. So on 29 September 2016 my boyfriend came inside me. I don't know if it's me or the mind playing games with me but I've been experiencing a terrible headache for three days now looks like I'm having a fever because of my sore throat n blocked nose. I feel sleepy during the day but I've consoled my self on that saying maybe it's because of the heat. Can I be pregnant?

That seems early to have conceived, to me. But if you have a short cycle, it's certainly possible. Meanwhile, rest up in case you are also sick! Take a HPT in another week or so.
