Am I pregnant

I have not had a period for 3 months. I have taken 6 tests and all have come back nagetive. I have had cramps but no period. I started feeling off the past week and since yesterday i have had a stuffy nose, sore throat, achy body, migraine, cramps, very very tired, and stomach pains. I thought it was a cold but then I read that the symptoms might be pregnancy. I dont want to keep testing because im afraid it will be nagetive again. Please tell me whats going on.
