HCG Levels Normal?

I got my 9dpo blood test levels back and they were 13. I am now 13 dpo and the tests are much darker. Is 13 normal range for 9dpo? Seems low?

13 is fine...ur very early and it's gotta start somewhere. U need to see what the next beta or two is to have a better idea as to which direction the pregnancy may be headed. But 13 is in the normal range for 9dpo.
