Whats the "Technical" date of my period?

9/3/2016 Saturday, stopped taking birth control pills 9/6/2016 Tuesday started my period.

Being on BC pills my periods were SUPER light, its possible I started my period on Monday 9/5/2016 and wasn't aware....Which period start date should I use? Monday or Tuesday? Trying to get a better idea of my actual DPO. If i used Tuesday 9/6 as my period start date, 9/20 would be the date I ovulated.

Other Info:
9/18/ Intercourse w/ DH
9/20/ spotted
9/21 spotted
9/22 spotted
