Anyone has only one tube ectopic pregnancy

I just feel it's so hard to get pregnant with one oviaries I been trying for 6 months this month my period due Sept 22 and my fertility window was from the Sept 5 to 8 we had sex 4 days before that and the whole week and 3 days after just to make sure and I take pregnant test everyday I even took a blood I just feel so discouraged is it to early for me to worried yet I'm in my 20 cycle and 8do and my period due in 6 days I just feel I'm going get my period I'm so scared cause now my husband thinks it's me
