Tips for helping nipple pain?
Hey everyone!
I am 7 dpo right now but for the last 2 days my nipples have been stinging very badly and I've noticed the tips going pale?
Its obviously too early to have a bfp but did anyone experience this or know anything that might help?
I've tried bepanthem and heatpack but nothing helps:(
