Possible false negative on hpt or is this wishful thinking?

I'm 32, Dx Hashimoto's in '09, & currently on Naturthroid.  Cycles since May have been 26d-28d w/ odd bleeding & preg symptoms.  Nausea, fatigue, & dizziness consistent.  Took hpt BFN in May & Pd only 3d, brown mucus, very lt (barely need for tampon) & mild cramps.  Took hpt BFN in June, pd lt (never a full "regular" ob) & red.  July same as May & Aug as June.  Now lower back tightness, lower abdomen tight & full of pressure, &  what reminds me of round ligament pain plus other symptoms.  Cervix feels semi soft and cm is consistency of ew but very stretchy and semi-translucent w/ creamy hue at 12dpo and af due in 2 days.  6-8dpo I had spotting...every once in awhile was a lt pink spot after wiping, while once was closer to red and more in quantity, but didnt require multiple wipes like when I have af.  Anyone else experience this?  Possible false negatives, wishful thinking, or should I
