is it possible to be pregnant

I stopped using petogen injection for nine months now .at 11 August I spotted black blood for 3 days and I had unprotected intercause on 4 September .is it possible that I could be pregnant .cause I don't even know my ovulation time
and I have breast pain ,when I press my breas small amount of water comes out, I also get period pains but nothing is coming out.
